PLEASE KEEP YOUR RECEIPT!

TEXTBOOKS

• 48-hour return policy on all textbooks.
• All materials must be in original condition.
• Original shrink wrap must be intact.
• CDs, DVDs, web codes, other supplements must be unopened.
• New books returned in imperfect condition subject to used price.
• Returns after 48 hours will only be accepted within the official drop period and with an official "drop slip".
• No refunds on Copy Packets and other "Non-Returnable" items.
• All textbook sales final during last 2 weeks of term.
  

 

COMPUTER HARDWARE, SOFTWARE & ELECTRONICS

• The computer and electronics industries are fast paced and changes occur daily.  As a result, the HSU Bookstore cannot be held responsible for any changes in price, or updates to product lines after the merchandise has been purchased.  Therefore, all sales are final, no refunds.

TRADE BOOKS & GENERAL MERCHANDISE

• Refunds or exchanges subject to approval.
• Items must be in original condition and currently in stock.
• All sales are final on Trade Sale Books, Study Aids, Special Order Books, HSU Catalogs, Broken Packages, and Clearance Items.
